Phan Thiet is a fishing village located in the South of Vietnam. It's about 200 km East of Ho Chi Minh City. The town is a large producer of Nuoc Mam, fermented fish sauce. There pictures are taken mostly in the old quarter where family run factories have been left to ruin or been bought out by a large Nuoc Mam company on the outskirts of town.
